Pricing
Pricing that scales with your catalog, not your headcount
One annual platform license per manufacturer. It grows with the two things that actually grow — the plants that build your product and the dealers who sell it. Never with the number of quotes you run.
How it works
One license. Two scale dimensions.
We don’t publish a tier grid with invented dollar figures, because every catalog is different — a manufacturer with two plants and 40 dealers is a different deployment than one with one plant and four in-house sales reps. The structure, though, is always the same.
Per manufacturer, annually
Platform license
One annual license covers your whole product model — every rule, every option, every resolved BOM. Not a bundle of modules you unlock one invoice at a time.
Scale dimension
Plants
Add plants as you roll out. Each plant gets its own routing, costing context, and order queue — reading the same product model, never a copy of it.
Scale dimension
Dealer seats
Bring your dealer network onto the portal as it grows. Seats scale with your channel, and every dealer quotes from the same governed catalog.
What’s deliberately missing: per-quote fees, per-order fees, per-configuration metering, and paid modules. If a pricing model punishes you for quoting more, it’s working against your sales team.
Always included. On every plan.
The platform isn’t sliced into editions. If it’s a capability, you have it.
All twelve capabilities
Configurator through Engineer-to-Order queue — the full platform, on every plan. We don’t sell the rule engine back to you as an add-on.
Unlimited configurations
No per-quote fees, no per-order fees, no metering on how often your dealers configure and price. Quoting more should never cost you more.
Full audit history
Every change, attributed and timestamped, kept for the life of your account. An order stays explainable forever — that’s not a premium tier.

The 90-day pilot
Most customers start with a scoped pilot: one product line, one plant, live in a quarter. It’s small enough to move fast and real enough to prove the whole loop — from a dealer’s first click to a BOM the plant agrees to build.
The success criterion is written into the pilot, and it’s deliberately concrete: the first dealer-quoted order with a fully resolved BOM. Not a slideware milestone — an order your factory could build tomorrow.
- 1
One product line
Your most-quoted line, modeled with our team — options, rules, parametric quantities, and price books.
- 2
One plant
A single plant runs the pilot orders, so the loop from quote to floor is short and observable.
- 3
One success criterion
A dealer configures, quotes, and submits a real order — and the platform resolves its complete, costed BOM.
- 4
Then scale
Add lines, plants, and dealer seats on the same model. Nothing from the pilot is thrown away.
Questions
The questions manufacturers actually ask
Do you charge per quote or per order?
No. The license is annual, sized by plants and dealer seats. Once you’re on the platform, every configuration, quote, and resolved BOM is included — we want your dealers quoting more, not rationing clicks.
How long does implementation take?
A typical pilot models one product line in the first few weeks and runs live dealer quoting inside 90 days. The AI co-pilot accelerates the initial modeling from your existing spreadsheets and drawings, and we do the first line with you.
Do we need to replace our ERP?
No — Manufacts runs alongside it. Your ERP keeps the ledger, inventory, and MRP. Manufacts becomes the product model of record and feeds your ERP clean, costed, resolved orders instead of hand-keyed ones.
Who builds and maintains the product model?
We model your first product line together during the pilot. After that, your own engineers own the model — the rule engine, versioned rule sets, and AI co-pilot are designed so they don’t need us in the loop.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It leaves with you. Your catalog, parts, BOMs, and price books export to CSV and your drawings to DXF at any time — no exit fees, no export tier, no hostage data.
Talk to us about your catalog.
Tell us what you build, how many plants build it, and who sells it. We'll come back with a pilot scope, a timeline, and a number — no tier-grid guesswork.
No rip-and-replace — Manufacts runs alongside your ERP and CAD. Prefer email? hello@manufacts.ai
